We are in the process of sourcing the most cost effective methods of shipping for our clients.  Therefore, at this time clients will need to obtain the correct shipping costs before making payment.  Otherwise, we will send a separate invoice for shipping costs with the correct amount.

Shipping costs have been calculated by the highest weight for each product i.e. Buddha’s Three Shot Refill Bag = 270 grams therefore the price for shipping was based on this weight. When placing an order for three products, shipping will need to be recalculated before payment is to be made.  Otherwise you will be paying for shipping three times.

For all Australian clients we will be using pre-paid satchels from Australia Post and for International shipping prices have been calcualted on sending via  sea mail.  If you wish to send your items by registered post or airmail then you will need to obtain a separate quote for these.

We then work out shipping and handling costs for you.

 

 SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:

Notes:

  1. ECI and EPI – Parcels deliver to all destinations

    ECI and EPI – Parcels does deliver to a Post Office Box and Poste Restante.

  2. Air mail, ECI and EPI parcels

    Due to heightened border protection and increased aviation security measures introduced by the US Government applying to inbound freight, there is likely to be delays of around 48 hours to parcels being sent to the US. These new security measures have increased cost implications associated with screening and transport, and as a result a $9 surcharge will be imposed on all parcels over 500g (16 ounces) destined for the US.

    This surcharge has been introduced solely to cover the costs of the revised security arrangements required by the United States, and Australia Post or our organisation does not profit from the surcharge.

  3. This charge will be added to your order and a new invoice will be sent out to you as presently this amount is not showing on your invoice if you are living in the United States.  If you wish to pay before the invoice is sent then please add the $9.00 surchage to final amount when paying by PayPal please.
