BOURBON “A” GRADE  -  VANILLA BEANS

Bourbon Vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia) is considered one of the best brands of vanilla in the world because of the rich vanilla flavour.   They are rich in a natural compound called vanillin which give these beans a mellow, but lingering vanilla flavor.  Its flavor can be described as sweet, creamy, and smooth.
